The Programme that has been designed by Tes Global Ltd (Tes) of Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4HQ.
 

The Programme is available to all schools and teachers via the Tes website.


The Programme is available without charge.


The Tes General Terms and Conditions [https://www.tes.com/terms/terms-and-conditions] and privacy policy both apply to the provision of the Progamme and both of which are fully incorporated into these Terms.


Tes maintains all copyright in the Programme.
 

Tes reserves the right to withdraw the Programme materials at any time without notice.
 

Users are not authorised to copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence or sell the Programme.

Privacy Policy

Tes Tomorrow’s Teachers Privacy Policy

 

As part of the Tes Tomorrow’s Teachers programme, we need to collect information about you to register your interest about Tomorrow’s Teachers, contact you about the course and enrol you on the course if you are interested. The data we collect is limited to only that which we need to fulfil this purpose and we are committed to protecting your privacy while it is stored by us.

Below we have provided detail on how your information will be used.

 

Who we are

Tes Global Limited ("we", "our" or "Tes") is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals in respect of whom we hold personal information.

 

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR") the data controller is Tes Global Limited of 26 Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4HQ, United Kingdom.

What information we need

Tes requires your name, the name of the school in which you teach, its location and an email address.

 

We will collect this data directly from you through the Tomorrow’s Teachers website.

 

We will also collect small amounts of data from your visit to our site, in particular your IP address, for security and monitoring purposes.

 

Why we need this information

We need your personal data to perform the agreement between us in order to register you on and contact you regarding the Tomorrow’s Teachers course. We will then contact you to monitor how the course is being delivered in your school and support you in ensuring that students who have completed Tomorrow’s Teachers go on to find teaching experience.

 

Should you wish not to provide any personal data, you will be unable to register on the Tomorrow’s Teachers course.

How we will store your information

 

Your personal data will be provided to Tes and stored on the tes.com website.

 

All information will be retained for 24 months from the last point of contact at which point, all of the personal data provided will be erased.

 

Your rights and how to contact us

You have the right to access, erase, correct and port your personal data.

 

Should you wish to enforce any of these rights, or have any queries or complaints about how we have used your information, please email help@tes.com.

 

Should you be unhappy with how Tes has processed your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
